RIGHT TO CANCEL; NO REFUNDS;RETURNS
We follow an “All sales are final” policy. All items sold are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any returns of products. You are only eligible for a refund in the event of a damaged product. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, you need to state this in your email when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. To request a refund for a damaged product, you can contact us via our Contact Us Form within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product. Make sure you include the following details in your request for refund:

- your geographical address
- your reason for request
- your phone number
- email address
