PRODUCTS

All dermain skin products are developed based on research & scientific formulations. They are formulated for sensitive skin -and dry skin (oily & acne-prone skin can be dry too) and are suitable for all skin types. We recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare practitioner prior to use.

All dermain skin products are natural, organic, vegan, and cruelty-free.

Our products are not formulated with intentional added nut ingredients. We use nut-free carrier oils. However, there may be a small possibility of cross-contamination due to our products not being manufactured in a nut-free facility.

All dermain skin products are available without fragrance and are scented with a 2% essential oil to nut-free carrier oil dilution ratio, which is considered the recommended dilution for topical application.

None of the ingredients in our formulations have been identified as unsafe for pregnant or nursing women. However, if you have any concern about the products or ingredients, we recommend discussing with your healthcare practitioner prior to use.

PAYMENTS & ORDERS

We use PayFast as our payment service and accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, as well as RCS Store Cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order or accommodate any modifications to an order once it has been placed. Prior to placing your order, kindly confirm the accuracy of all information required, including your shipping address, full name, mobile number, card details, and product selection is correct, as dermain skin is not responsible for any mistakes.

We follow an ‘all sales are final’ policy. We do not allow cancellations or returns, nor do we offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products. We reserve the right to refuse any return at any time.

We apologize that you received a product that did not meet our normal exacting standards. Please complete the contact us  form and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours upon receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.

SHIPPING

We process and ship orders on weekdays only, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed prior to shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we are experiencing high order volume or loadshedding. You will be notified with a tracking number once your order has been sent out to be shipped. Delivery will take place within 5-7 business days after fulfilment. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

REFILL SYSTEM

We are grounded in ethos of sustainability and a conscious approach towards minimal waste of material and reducing our carbon footprint is implemented into our designs & packaging. Therefore, we are offering a refill package for each one of our products for you to purchase when your bottle or jar is empty. We recommend a maximum of 3 refills per product before the original packaging can be disposed.

Jars: Remove the outer lid. Open the refill package and poor into the jar. Close the jar lid.

Bottles: Remove the flip-top cap. Open the refill package and poor into the bottle. Close the bottle with the cap.

Serums, drops & oils: Remove the opening caps. Open the refill package and poor into the original applicable package. Close the original package with the applicable cap.
